Meet Dr. Theresa Pringle h.c., Founder & Lead Consultant

Dr. Theresa Pringle brings lived experience and deep knowledge, as well as a heart for service to every training, workshop, and interactive experience. As a dedicated advocate and mentor, she founded Pringle’s Training Services to bridge the gaps between employers and employees.


Dr. Pringle acknowledges the value in everyone and creates leaders that can look through the lens of others to birth both professional and personal growth that increases a healthy work environment.

Her approach is grounded in non-judgmental techniques and Make It Make Sense. CHANGE THE MINDSET, CHANGE THE OUTCOME.
